Armor of God Reference
The full armor of God is an impenetrable barrier against which the fiery darts of the evil one are powerless. The Armor of God protects us from evil in the spiritual battle and the armor of God keeps us safe in Christian spiritual warfare.
Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, Ephesians 6:10-11, the armor of God protects us in the battle for our soul, our battle is not with flesh and blood but with the evil spirits and the armor of God protects us. You should put on the full armor of god every day. Not only are we to dress and cloth ourselves in the full armor of God, but at all times we are to stay in an attitude of prayer.
Gird your loins with the belt of truth. The belt of truth is central to the full armor of God. The spiritual soldier is ready to fight when his loins are girded with the full armor of God’s belt of truth. To put on the belt of truth is to put on Christ.

I can do all things thru Christ and when we put on the full armor of God we can fight the enemy and win. Make it a habit to put on the full armor of God every day. Tell others about the power in putting on the armor of God. I am so grateful for the armor of God.
Shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace when you put the armor of God shoes on. The armor of God shoes are to our feet what spiritual readiness is to our soul. The armor of God keeps you in constant preparation for battle. The armor of God equips us for battle. Meditate on the scripture about the armor of God and memorize every piece of the armor of God and repeat it out loud. When you dress in the full armor of God you are ready to make right choices when temptation hits. You are ready to defend God’s Word when you are clothed in the full Armor of God. When the devil sees you covered in the full Armor of God he runs the other way. You are at peace when you are clothed in the full armor of God.
Write the verse about the full armor of God on a card and carry it with you. We will send you a card (business card size) with your Armor of God order. Keep a journal about how the armor of God protects you every day.
The shield of faith will quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. We can’t emphasize enough the importance of putting on the full armor of God every day of your life. God wants the best for our lives that is why he gave us the armor of God. Faith is the shield that covers all parts of the armor of God. Faith must be demonstrated to be genuine and our faith is genuine when we put on the full armor of God.
Satan hates it when we pass the test and we will pass the test every time when we are clothed in the full armor of God. I praise God for the armor of God. I am so grateful for the full armor of God. The pendant is my reminder that I am clothed in the full armor of God.
The Body of Christ needs to be taught about the power of putting on the full Armor of God. Pastors need to teach their congregation the importance of putting on the full armor of God. The pastor, who is the good shepherd of his flock, needs to teach his sheep the power of staying clothed in the full armor of God.
The helmet of salvation protects your mind from the lies of Satan. The helmet of salvation of the armor of God gives you the power to surrender our will to God as Christ did when He was tempted by the devil. The armor of God is amazing.
Another very important piece of the armor of God is the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. The sword is a necessary part of a soldier's equipment and is used more than any other weapon. Just as a soldier without his sword is ridiculous, it is also absurd to think of being a Christian without knowledge of God's Word and some skill to use this weapon.
Ephesians 6:10-17
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
